For the nursery area two foot ditches were dug around the entire length of the greenhouses and then in between each of the greenhouses. To make it easier to dig Dr. Mike Painter, the president of our DSC committee decided to use a rototiller one more time around the area to make it easier to dig the ditches. Once the ditches were dug out we watered to make sure the ground was completely saturated before planting.
